IN THE ABSENCE OF A SITE LICENSE, Resources obtained from this web site ARE LICENSED TO A SINGLE individual AND may be duplicated for a single classroom or home. resources cannot be used other than for your classroom or home. You may use resources only during the term of your subscription. Upon expiration of your subscription, all resources must be destroyed. If you do anything harmful or unlawful on this web site, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

You have purchased a subscription to the ClassroomZoom.com Web Site which represents a license to use all certain resources on the Web Site during the term of your subscription. Your subscription is not considered a purchase of educational resources but rather a license to utilize these resources for the period of your subscription. If for any reason your subscription is terminated, your license would no longer be in effect, you may no longer use the resources, and any resources obtained from the Web Site should be destroyed.

You may print any of the resources on any from a single computer for your personal noncommercial use only, for the length of your subscription, provided all copyright and other proprietary notices are preserved. TCR reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights for all resources printed obtained from the Web Site whether stored in electronic form or printed.. The resources obtained from the Web Site cannot be provided to or used by students who are not part of your classroom or home Resources may not be used throughout an entire school or school district, unless each teacher within such school has an individual subscription or the school district has purchased a site license. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any resources obtained from the Web Site.

TCR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Web Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use as modified. TCR does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services, and operation of this Web Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You agree that these Terms & Conditions of Use and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by TCR, in its sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. The failure of TCR to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The User and TCR are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms & Conditions of Use.
